Commentaires
Espèce très commune. La chenille se développe sur de nombreuses plantes herbacées différentes. A ne pas confondre avec Timandra griseata que l'on ne rencontre pas en Belgique (= amata sensu auct., nec (Linnaeus, 1758) en = griseata sensu auct., nec W. Petersen, 1902 worden in de catalogue als synoniemen aangegeven).
